Before you write
The homepage FAQ covers the most common questions — is it really free (yes), does it have a watermark (no), can I use it commercially (yes), does it export PNG (yes, transparent). Worth a scroll before sending.
What I won't do
A few things to set expectations:
- I won't add user accounts, "premium tiers," or paid features. The site stays free.
- I won't email you newsletters or marketing. Your email is used only to reply to your message.
- I won't take down user-submitted content — there is none. Nothing you create is uploaded to the site.
