What to put on a company stamp
Most company stamps carry the business name (with its legal form, such as Ltd, LLC or GmbH) on the top arc and the city or full address on the bottom arc. A logo in the centre makes it instantly recognisable. Rectangular company stamps often include the phone number, email address or VAT/registration number instead of a logo. Round or rectangular?
Round stamps look more formal and are common for seals and certificates. Rectangular stamps fit more lines of text and are the usual choice for address stamps on envelopes and delivery notes. Both are available in the maker — pick the shape, then type your details.
Upload your logo

Frequently asked questions
Is a company stamp legally required?
In many countries, including Germany, the UK and the US, businesses aren't legally required to use a stamp — signatures matter more. In some countries, such as China, registered company seals carry legal weight and must be made by an authorised maker; an image made online can't replace those.
